What happens here
Sales and Services, a cylinder head overhaul workshop (about 2,000 per year), and a remote monitoring center. In Italy since 1993.
Teams and roles
Sales, Services (work scheduling, planning, service management, forecast planning for Italy and beyond), Project Management, workshop (overhaul technicians), and a few corporate roles such as HR, IT, and Sourcing.

Technical support in two shifts.
Work model
Flextime and hybrid work, including work from home, based on business requirements.

Field Service in Italy
Five regions (Northern Italy West, Northern Italy Central, Northern Italy East, Central Italy, and Southern Italy), Monday through Friday, about 50% overnight travel depending on the region.
On-call duty (Field Service)
Weekends in team rotation and on demand.
Pay extras (Field Service)
Overtime pay, on-duty pay, paid travel time, and per diems for half or full days.
Equipment (Field Service)
Fully equipped service van, smartphone, laptop, company credit card, extensive high-quality tools, and high-quality work clothing.
Requirements (Field Service)
Mechanic qualification; electrical qualifications and experience are a plus.
Onboarding (Field Service)
Extensive onboarding in Italy and Jenbach, with the training center in Jenbach, Austria, and yearly technical days with a full checkup and a get-together.
