Service regions are assigned to keep travel distances as short as possible. Weekend on-call duty rotates within the team.

- Electrician or mechanic apprenticeship or similar, Class B driver’s license, and good German
- Onboarding (Field Service)
- Extensive onboarding in Germany and Jenbach, with training centers in Jenbach, Austria, and in Ravensburg and Beesten, Germany, plus yearly technician days with a full checkup and a get-together
