Where Field Service can take you
Every service call adds to what you know, and that know-how is in demand across INNIO. With experience, you can move on to commissioning and more complex assignments, into Technical Support, where experts help customers worldwide on site or remotely, or into Product Management. Alexander did exactly that: after years in Field Service around the world, he now shapes our service products in Jenbach.

Our product training programs combine instructor-led courses, digital learning, and hands-on field experience, helping you build your technical expertise step by step. For Jenbacher service and commissioning engineers, dedicated mechanical and electrical learning paths support development from foundational knowledge to advanced expertise, with training progress helping shape your further professional development.
And wherever your field takes you, learning stays within reach. Our training resources in Europe and North America help our technicians stay close to the technology, sharpen their skills, and keep pace with the energy solutions they work on every day.
