Five steps, from resume to offer.
A good process feels like a marked trail, not a maze, so you can put your energy into showing us who you are. Apply online, meet your potential future team, and find out if we’re the right fit for each other. If we both say yes, your offer is next. Here’s what to expect and how to prepare for your interview.
It goes both ways. While we get to know you and what you bring, you’ll get to know the role, the team, and what it’s like to work with us. And of course, you can ask us anything along the way.
You always know where you stand. Once you apply, a confirmation email follows right after. We’ll keep you informed about your application progress and let you know about the next steps along the way.
It is about real work. Think about what you want to build, fix, or move next, and whether our pace suits you: things move fast here, and responsibility comes early.

We read your application carefully and see how your skills fit the role.
Time to connect. We’ll talk about your experience, introduce you to the opportunity, and see if it feels like the right fit on both sides.
Next, it’s time to get to know each other. You’ll meet people from the team and learn more about the role, while we learn more about you. The process can vary depending on the position and location.
A great match deserves a great next step. Once we’re both ready to move forward, your offer makes it official.
We want you to feel prepared, so the conversation is about you and not about nerves. Four tips that help.
Once you hit submit, it’s our turn. We’ll review your application and do our best to get back to you quickly.
You’ll get to know the hiring manager, an HR representative, and potentially some of your future teammates. The journey may look a little different depending on the role and location.
Some roles include pre-employment checks or job-related assessments. Requirements vary by role and location and may include background checks, drug screening, or job-related physical, functional, skill-based, or language assessments. Your recruiting contact can explain which requirements apply and when they take place.
After a first look at your application, we invite you to Jenbach for half a day: a short entrance test (Lehrlingscheck) and a conversation of about 15 to 30 minutes. You would like to give it a try first? Ask for a trial day at lehre.jenbach@innio.com.
In general, internship selection follows our hiring process: we review your application, and you meet us for one or two interview rounds before the offer. The process may vary by location and program. Pre-employment checks, such as a language or background check, may apply depending on the role and location. Your recruiting contact can explain which requirements apply and when they take place.
Your start date depends on the role, location, availability, and completion of any applicable pre-employment requirements. For example, in Austria, the U.S., and Canada, most roles start every other Monday or at the beginning of a month, depending on availability.
Confirmation, interviews, pay information, work permits, start dates: quick answers to what candidates ask us most.
