Operations & Supply Chain jobs

The heartbeat of every engine starts here.

This is where it all comes together. At INNIO, manufacturing and supply chain teams turn thousands of parts into engines people depend on. Whether you machine, assemble, test, plan, or work with suppliers, the work has to be right, every time. And the impact goes well beyond the plant. Long after an engine leaves the line, it helps keep data centers, electricity grids, and critical infrastructure running for decades. That is what your work makes possible.

Operational Logistics

Sourcing & Supply Chain

The rhythm behind every engine.

Before an engine can run, every single part has to be in the right place, at the right time. In sourcing and supply chain, you make that happen. You work closely with suppliers, plan materials and production, and keep plant logistics moving. Your work decides whether the assembly line runs tomorrow, and whether an engine is ready to deliver better energy where it is needed.

Where you can find these roles

Our biggest sourcing hubs are at our main production sites in Jenbach, Waukesha, and Welland, with smaller sourcing teams around the globe. Warehouse roles are part of production at our plants.

Quality & EHS

Reliability is made, not promised.

Our customers rely on our engines for many years, and that trust is earned every day. In quality, you make sure that what we build, and how we build it, meets our standards, from the very first incoming part to the fully tested engine. Your standards become the reliability our customers can trust. In environment, health, and safety, you protect the people who build our engines and the places where they work, so everyone can do great work, every day.
